The Model

A new school day, a platform that makes it possible, and a path from one campus to the country.
The model in one sentence

Two hours of focused, AI-driven mastery work each day — and the rest of the day spent becoming someone. The academic block is short and individualized; the day is long and rich with athletics, projects, apprenticeship, and character.

The day, rebuilt
Block A · Mastery
~2 hours
Each student works through math, reading, writing, and science at their own pace on the best AI-driven tool for the subject. A human Teacher monitors live and intervenes 1-on-1. No lectures, no pacing to the median, no moving on before mastery.
Block B · Enrichment
Rest of the day
Everything school used to also do, before the academic block ate the day. Athletics, real projects, arts, apprenticeship, mentorship, character. Kids leave knowing things — and also knowing how to do things and be someone.
Pillar 01

Athletics & physical mastery

Sport practiced daily, not as a side activity. Tennis is our anchor at the Boca Lago campus; the discipline carries to any sport, any student.

Pillar 02

Real projects & apprenticeship

Time spent building, shipping, or working alongside an adult who does the thing for real. The opposite of busywork.

Pillar 03

Arts & expression

Music, writing, visual art, theater — taught by humans who care. The subjects AI can't replace, and shouldn't try to.

Pillar 04

Character & community

Daily seminar-style discussion, mentorship, service. A cohort that knows each other and adults who know each kid by name.

The platform that makes the mastery block possible
Academy OS

Two hours of focused work only happens when one Teacher can route, monitor, and report across six platforms at once. That coordination layer is what Academy OS provides.

01

Route

Reads each student's mastery state across every connected platform and assigns the next 25-minute block — math, reading, writing, science — on the right tool. Pacing is per-student, not per-class.

02

Monitor

Live signal from every platform on one screen. Off-task, stuck, or breaking through — the Teacher sees it in real time and intervenes 1-on-1 instead of lecturing the room.

03

Report

Parents get a weekly digest — wins, watch items, a personal Teacher note — instead of a quarterly report card. Schools get the cross-platform data layer they've never had.

Path to scale
Phase 1 · Start here

Boca Lago tennis academy pilot

Run the first cohort with students already at our family-operated tennis academy in Boca Lago, FL. Owned site, controlled environment, full data loop. Prove the model and harden the operating playbook on our home court.

Phase 2 · Expand

License to Florida school districts

Take the playbook to public and charter districts across Florida. The state's school-choice and voucher infrastructure makes it the natural first market for a district-licensed model.

Phase 3 · National

Districts across the country

Roll Academy OS out to districts nationwide. Two hours of mastery, the rest of the day for becoming someone — at any public, charter, or private school in the U.S.

Phase 4 · Direct-to-family

Fully online curriculum

Direct-to-family online enrollment for students without access to a physical Academy OS school. The model, at home.

The thesis in one line: We are not building a better tutor or a better LMS. We are rebuilding the school day itself around what 2026 makes possible — a short academic block run by software, a long human day built around growth — and we are starting with our own students in Boca Lago.
